So today I got some not so great news. Two very important people that o love can’t attend my wedding and that makes me sad.
These were the people who knew my Mom and Dad , and in my heart and mind their presence was the closest I could get to my Mom and Dad being there.
For those of you who have had weddings, how do you honor the loved ones who passed away?
It feels wrong that they are not there, and my mom passed in 2010 and dad in 2011, but it still is something that effects my daily life. I would like to honor them if possible

I’m trying to get back to normalcy and whatever that entails.
For now the focus is getting sleep every night, it does not have to be great, but I have to try.
Today is a hard day - the very real effects of an affair means I am at risk and need to be tested.
I’ll get through this, it’s just hard
