Some weeks I crush, I do all the things in my head and it goes well.
Other weeks, well not so much
This past week, or really all of Dec till now I have just not been meeting the expectations I am setting for myself.
So, after a lot of deep reflection ...
I am going to change my expectations :)
Starting with this weekend.
Today we attend the memorial of a friend, a friend who was simply lovely and should not have passed away at all and especially not so soon. He went from being healthy and young (barely 40) to dying of cancer in a few weeks.
And it sucks
So this weekend the only expectation I am setting for myself is... I am just going to get through it
I still hope to go live, but no idea when, I am just focusingon getting through it :)
I am ok, so please do worry about me or on my account. I promise.
But it has reminded me just how fragile and special life is.

I’m sorry
I’m trying to get back to normalcy and whatever that entails.
For now the focus is getting sleep every night, it does not have to be great, but I have to try.
Today is a hard day - the very real effects of an affair means I am at risk and need to be tested.
I’ll get through this, it’s just hard
