Today started off not so great with a strike to my primary channel on yt.
Note: Please don't retaliate against others, even if you see people talking about attacking me, we don't sink to their level we rise up and be better :)
Obviously these attacks are nothing new, I have been dealing with this weekly the last 6 months and periodically over the last 3 years.
And reminder this is on my channel that does follow all guidelines. Specifically the video that was removed was a video on Amazon Deals (aka all items avail to purchase and use in the USA)
However... here is the SURPRISING Twist.
I appealed it (ok sorry jumped the gun with the twist comment, I appeal them all but because its an AI model it doesn't seem to help).
HERE'S the TWIST! The APPEAL WAS GRANTED! I have never had an appeal granted in YEARS. (in 2021 I had a few granted for microneedle videos, but not since).
While this doesn't mean that the attacks will stop I am hoping that it means that the AI Model is learning how to distinguish when the actual items go against guidelines versus mass attacked without merit.
I am excited at this, while it doesn't mean that attacks won't go through, it does mean that tis is a step in the right direction :) Which I am thankful for !!!
